14 days of training to cover lat activation, lower body & horizontal pulling, strength building, grip work, mobility, and foam rolling.
STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM... NOW WE'RE HERE
When you do your pull-up, your arms are overhead, so we want to make sure you not only can lift your arms up, but also function and move while they are up there. This is one of the MAIN factors missing in people’s pull-up practice. We will measure where you are at and give you the proper drills to improve this to help get your pull-up even faster.
There is a lot of shit going on in our shoulders to put it bluntly.
We want to make sure they are stable and ready to pull our entire body over the bar.
I give you the exercises that will ACTUALLY help you build strength for your pull-up. And guess what... it’s a FULL BODY movement that works on your arms, core, AND glutes. By strengthening these areas in the proper way you will get to your goal FASTER. We will be spending as much time as possible OFF the Assisted Pull-up Band so you can actually gain strength and get that chin up there!
These programs are not just me walking you through the programming. I educate you along the way so you truly understand why you are doing what you're doing and what exactly you should be feeling.

When I owned my gym back in 2016, women specifically would come to me with a goal of wanting to get a pull-up. Then when I asked them what they were doing to achieve it, all they said was they tried assisted bands and saw NO progress.
